What currency are the prices displayed in on the site?

All prices are in euros.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 4-7 days for production before your order ships; the average shipping time is 15-21 days.

Tracking numbers are updated 3-5 days after your order has  SHIPPED . If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, please  email info@aploix.shop. 

I'm not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there's a problem?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product is defective or damaged. You have  14 days  to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned packages.

Please note:  If your package is in transit, you will have to wait until it arrives and return it before you receive your refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge, provided you do so within  two  hours of placing it  . After this period, your order will be processed and shipped, and you will no longer be able to cancel it. If your order has already shipped, you can use our easy returns system for a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?

If you've misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you've verified that the address you entered is incorrect, please let us know by email at info@aploix.shop .

If the address you provided is incorrect, we can change it to the correct address within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary because we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers, depending on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.
