Carefree returns

We understand that sometimes clothes don't quite fit or you might change your mind, so we offer a simple and convenient returns policy.

Returns Period  You have 14 days from the delivery date to return unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with the original labels.

Return process

1. To initiate a return:  Contact our customer service by email at info@aploix.shop . We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN). 
2. Download the return form : You will also find the return address on our return form .  
3. Return Packaging:  Pack the items you wish to return securely in their original packaging. Include the completed packing slip and return form with the RAN clearly marked.
4. Shipping:  Please send the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. For optimal return processing, returns should be sent to our warehouse at the following address: Hu Chengshu
   3rd Floor, No. 31 Shaotang Road, Qianqiao Subdistrict, Huishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, China, Postal Code: 214151. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

Who pays the return costs?

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs for all other returns (e.g., size swaps, change of mind). Please note that return shipping costs may be €35 or more, as all returns must be shipped to our warehouse in China.
• Belunia Mode does not charge additional return costs.

Restituties

• Once we have received your returned items and verified that they meet the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refund processing time can take up to 14 days.

Exceptions

• We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or without the original tags.
